The Problem

A solo contractor with 12 employees was managing job assignments, crew availability, and client confirmations through a mix of text messages and spreadsheets. Jobs got double-booked, crews showed up to the wrong address, and invoices went out late.

What We Built

Built a web-based scheduling MVP in 3 weeks: drag-and-drop job board, crew assignment with real-time conflict detection, automated SMS reminders to clients, and a simple invoice export. No bloated features, just the core loop that saved 2 hours a day.

The Problem

A property management company reviewed 40-60 lease applications per month. Each review took 25 minutes: check income, verify employment, cross-reference lease terms. It was eating two full days of staff time every month.

What We Built

Integrated a custom AI document processing pipeline: applicants upload docs, GPT-4 extracts and validates the required fields against the lease criteria, and a structured report is generated in seconds. Staff now only review flagged edge cases.

The Problem

A 6-person marketing agency was manually moving leads between their contact form, Airtable, email sequences, and Slack notifications. The process required clicking through 4 tools every time a new lead came in, and leads were slipping through during busy weeks.

What We Built

Built an n8n automation workflow that captures form submissions, enriches them with Clearbit company data, creates a record in Airtable, triggers a 3-email nurture sequence, and pings the sales Slack channel, all in under 10 seconds, automatically.

The Problem

A founder used AI tools to build a mortgage pre-qualification tool in a weekend sprint. It worked, but the code had no error handling, hardcoded API keys in the frontend, race conditions in the async logic, and zero test coverage. It couldn't go to production.

What We Built

Conducted a full audit, extracted secrets into environment config, refactored async flows, added input validation and error boundaries, wrote unit tests for the core calculation engine, and containerized the app for a clean deployment. Production-ready in 8 days.
